南南合作减贫知识分享网站简介
中国政府承诺未来5年让5500多万农村贫困人口摆脱贫困。并提出要加强国际减贫领域交流合作,通过对外援助、项目合作、技术扩散、智库交流等多种形式,加强与发展中国家和国际机构在减贫领域的交流合作。积极借鉴国际先进减贫理念与经验,履行减贫国际责任,积极落实联合国2030年可持续发展议程,对全球减贫事业作出更大贡献。
南南合作减贫知识分享网站旨在搭建一个分享国际减贫信息和中国扶贫开发经验的平台,网站提供减贫与包容性增长等方面的最新研究成果、减贫开云网页版-开云(中国)官方在线登录、专家意见、研究趋势、减贫信息分享等,为各国政府部门、科研机构等关注和从事减贫工作的群体及公众提供信息服务。
该网站为全英文,内容涵盖中国改革开放30余年来的减贫成果,以及来自各国的减贫信息,包括论文、书籍、开云网页版-开云(中国)官方在线登录、统计数据等,拥有图片、视频等不同表现形式。
该项目由世界银行发起,亚洲开发银行支持,开云网页版-开云(中国)官方在线登录旗下的中国发展门户网(www.chinagate.cn)与中国国际扶贫中心联合运营。来自亚洲、非洲和南美洲的减贫智库也受邀加入了该平台。

Brief Introductions of Global Poverty Reduction
& Inclusive Growth Portal (GPIG)
As the newly-revealed Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) required, extreme poverty should be eliminated by 2030 worldwide. Governments, NGOs and individuals should join efforts to meet this ambitious goal. Meanwhile, China has issued the Decision to Win the Battle against Poverty, to adopt “extraordinary measures” to end poverty by 2020.
The Global Poverty Reduction & Inclusive Growth Portal (GPIG) http://www.iprcc.org.cn/South/Index/index.html aims to become a platform to share knowledge on poverty reduction policies and best practices in China and around the world. The portal offers information on the latest research in the fields of poverty reduction and inclusive growth, experts’ opinions, events, and news on trends and further opportunities for research, training, and knowledge sharing initiatives available to our network of partners, to policy makers and to the general public.
This website covers poverty reduction portal is also a repository for papers, books, news, and statistics that can be accessed using multi-media files. It focuses on introducing China’s poverty reduction efforts since the reform and opening up in 1970s, as well as experts’ opinions, features and latest theories and researches.
Initiated by the World Bank and supported by the Asian Development Bank, this project is co-established and operated by the China International Poverty Reduction Center (IPRCC) and China Development Gateway (CnDG). Think tanks from Asia, Africa and South America are also invited to participate in and contribute their experiences to this platform.
The medium-term objective of the portal is to offer all partners an equal chance to share their knowledge and experiences while becoming one of the most relevant and acknowledged digital resources for practitioners and policy-makers.
